*Crankshaft will need to be drilled 1.1" deep for pins

Instructions

• Remove your existing bolt from your harmonic balancer
• Next, put the drill through the jig with the dowel pin next to it.  Mark the drill .1" past the dowel, while looking at the lower section (not the tip) of the drill's end to ensure the dowel can be fully inserted in the block (if unsure, drill a little deeper). The drill depth can be marked with a piece of tape.
• Now remove the drill, and install the drill jig onto the balancer and attach with the supplied bolt torqued to 40+ lb-ft 
• Next, drill through the jig until you reach the taped depth. If you did this correctly, the dowel pin will be below the surface of the balancer flange (see images)
• Install new factory balancer bolt (TTY, one-time use), then torque 37 lb-ft, then 140 degrees
