Where It All Began

In 2001, we tackled our first LS swap, using a wrecked 1998 Trans Am as the donor car. We transplanted its engine into a 1985 C10 with impressive results, and it didn’t take long for our friends to notice and want in on the action. From that moment, we were hooked on the outstanding performance and reliability of the LS platform. We wanted to share that excitement with others. However, building the truck came with challenges familiar to many hot rodders—limited parts availability and a lack of reliable information, making swaps a daunting task.


Since then, we’ve completed numerous swaps and continued building vehicles, gaining invaluable experience along the way. In 2014, we launched ICT Billet to address the gaps in the swap market. Our mission is to empower car enthusiasts with the knowledge, and support needed to make their builds truly exceptional.

To achieve this, we provide extensive swap guides, largest selection of LS swap parts on the market, detailed installation videos, amazing helpful customer service, lifetime warranty, and same-day shipping. Over the years, we’ve experienced rapid growth and overwhelming customer support worldwide. Today, we’re proud to offer a product lineup that includes hundreds of items for LS and LT cars and trucks. Our facility is centrally located in the heartland of America in Wichita, Kansas. We provide our fellow car enthusiasts with the best fitting, highest quality, LS swap parts on the planet. We engineer and manufacture our parts in-house, and tested on our own swaps to make sure they work flawlessly.

Keeping our jobs in the USA is very important to us. The vast majority of our ICT Billet parts are made right here in Kansas. This allows us to provide you with always in stock parts, ready to ship the same day. Since we manufacture the vast majority of our own products in-house and carry an extensive inventory, our out-of-stock time is nearly non-existent. This helps you get what you need FAST—no waiting or delaying your project with unknown shipping dates, which costs you valuable time.

We are transparent about where each product is made, shown right on each listing—unlike any other parts maker. Look at our Google Earth images and you won’t see containers sitting outside their facility with an empty employee parking lot. We have countless videos on our media channels showing you how we make your favorite products, because you deserve the best. We use USA-made pulleys and belt tensioners on almost all our products. Our Design Process

We offer a huge selection of LS and LT conversion parts, which expands daily with our industry-leading approach to product development. At ICT Billet, our team meticulously designs each part, beginning with a swap vehicle that is laser scanned - from its engine bay to the transmission tunnel to the rear differential.

The scan is then converted into a 3D CAD model so that we can create components that fit accurately for that vehicle. From there, we move on to 3D printing our test components.

Once printing is complete, we build a model that is structurally tested, creating another template from metal for final fitment testing. Once approved, our team of engineers nest, fixture, and program the production parts, and the newly created part is moved into our production schedule for CNC machining with our lineup of american made Haas mills and lathes.
