What Accessory Brackets Fit My Turbo LS?

Finding accessory brackets that clear turbo headers can be frustrating. There are dozens of bracket locations, different balancer spacings, and multiple power steering pumps, A/C compressors, and alternators to choose from. Buy the wrong combination and your build comes to a standstill until the next round of parts arrives.

We put together these free fitment guides to make that process simple.

These guides show which ICT Billet alternator, power steering, and A/C compressor brackets fit the popular Speed Engineering SPE-25-1023 turbo headers. We've used these headers on our own builds and have helped hundreds of customers build turbo LS swaps, so we can tell you what fits and help save you time and money.

The first two diagrams show the dimensions of the headers themselves, in case you are considering using them, you can use a tape measure to see if it will fit, and if they don’t, usually a cutting wheel and welder says otherwise.

Be aware that the old versions of these headers from several years ago had a couple more inches of length, but otherwise are in the same position when looking from the front of the engine.

The following pages show the bracket fitment guides, organized by accessory type and bracket location, making it easy to find a setup that clears your headers. Colored reference dots show the collector outlet location so you can quickly compare header clearance with each accessory position.

The brackets shown here include all of our LS accessory bracket options, excluding non Chevrolet specific applications such as BMW, Nissan, Ford, and other manufacturer specific power steering and A/C compressor brackets.

The alternator guide is organized by bracket location. Starting in the upper left corner, the alternator is positioned at the highest passenger side location. As you move down the first column, the alternator position gets progressively lower on the engine. Continue reading from the top of the second column to the bottom, then the third column, and continue onto the following pages. This layout makes it easy to find the accessory bracket location that works for both your build and your headers.

Pay attention to the green and red reference dots that indicate the collector flange outlet location. Keep in mind that the header primary tubes may extend inboard of the collector flange circle. See Header Diagram Page 2 for additional details.
