The Role
We are rapidly expanding our operations here at ICT Billet in Wichita, Kansas and are looking for experienced customer service representatives.
Responsibilities
Job duties include but are not limited to: answering customer phone calls, troubleshooting issues over the phone, recommending parts, answering emails and messages from customers, shipping/pulling orders, and packaging in free time.
Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of LS engines/swaps required
- Call center or customer service experience required.
- Must be able to maintain professionalism with customers and keeping your work area clean.
This is a very fast paced position with little slow time and requires being on your feet most of the day and lifting up to 60lbs. Applicants are expected to keep up with the high demand we experience on a daily basis and arrive on time and ready to work.
Compensation
Pay starts at $21/hr and up, based on experience.
